REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Frank & Sense are happy to provide a full refund within 7 days of receipt of product in the following cases; if we send you the wrong product as detailed in our description, the product was damaged during shipping, if the product has been tampered with.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Frank & Sense will not accept cancellations.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Upon checking out, you will be sent a confirmation email from Frank & Sense, a subsidiary of 1221 Group.
  • Please note that we currently only accept cash on delivery.
  • We will issue with a tracking number for all deliveries within the UAE
  • All deliveries within the UAE will be fulfilled within 2 working days.
